Apply for this roleHouse Of Prama is a young mental fitness company, and we carry that fact openly. We say it because the people we most want on this panel are the ones who hear it and think: good, that means there is still something to shape. We are looking for thoughtful professionals to join our Advisory Panel and Guidance Committee, people who can help us build with rigour, responsibility, and a genuine understanding of what is at stake when you work with young people's emotional lives. This is an invitation to bring your expertise into a space that is youth-facing, India-grounded, and genuinely trying to get it right.
What you'll do
- Review parts of our session design, facilitation approach, and overall mental fitness framework, and share honest perspective on where it holds and where it needs rethinking.
- Offer periodic input on emotional safety, inclusivity, and responsible group-based practice.
- Help us think through participant experience, ethical frameworks, and what credibility looks like when it is built with genuine care.
- Contribute your perspective in a way that keeps the work accessible, grounded, and real for the people it is designed to reach.
What we're looking for
- Background in one or more relevant fields: neuropsychology, neuroscience, psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, behavioural science, public mental health, expressive arts therapy, community wellbeing, or adjacent practice.
- A thoughtful and responsible approach to people-facing mental wellness work.
- Genuine interest in helping shape something youth-facing, India-grounded, and emotionally honest.
- The willingness to offer candid feedback, ask hard questions, and engage with the work over time.
